Fresh Salmon-FresHalibut and Imported Cheese h stallation of 1,278 new 1936 Kelvinator electric refrigerators in two housing projects of the Federal Public Works Administration, Division of Housing, at Atlanta, Ga., have been awarded to Kelvintar corporation, it was announced today by Gomer P. Peacock, of the Price Trading Co., Kelvinator dealers, who has received official word of the contract from the Detroit headquarters of the 'corporation. The contracts call for the installation of the new 1936 Kelvinators, Model K4-3having a net cubic food: storage capacity of 4.15 cubic feet, lo-'c- SURETY w OF PURITY STORES UTAH meeting of the state bar commission of which he is a member. I .. said, Six hundred and three units are for the Tech wood and 675 for the University pro- 'r Beaecx-- ject Awarding the government contracts to Kelvinator was made only after exhaustive tests on electric refrigerators for the home under gov emment supervision and according to government specifications. Six other manufacturers competed for the contract, but the Kelvinators more nearly met the tests than those of any other manufacturer. Particular attention was paid in the tests," Mr. Peacock stated the report from Detroit said, to maintenance of safe food preservation temperatures, consumption of electric current, operation of the condensing unit and overall performance. Other factors required were proper construction of the cabinet, welded steel construction of the food compartment liner, sufficient insulation, and lasting finish. Kelvinator stock models met all of these specifications and tests to the satisfaction of the government and the contract was awarded as a result. We have found in demonstrating the new 1936 Kelvinators to people of eastern Utah, that they are interested this year, as never before, in exactly the same qualities of a good electric refrigerator which the government requires for its contracts. The fact that Kelvinator meets these requirements of both the modern home manager and the United States government, is winning many sales to us. We expect to do our biggest business in selling electric refrigerators for the home this year. it EUROPE tt Statement Issued By When ( EUROPE Kelvinator Electric Refrigeration Firm town today, stop in and see us about your Government contracts for the in- Branded Steer Beef lc (Nedra Monroe) play, the anPresenting a two-anual relief party proved successful Readings and Wednesday evening. musical numbers augmented the entertainment.
