A feeling of safety and satisfaction overlook me as I thought about my life here in Summit County. T glanced off to my left and there was a field full of mother cows, quietly licking and fussing over their new babies. As the mother would try to nudge, protect, and direct her new calf; the baby would find its legs, throw it's head and tail in the air and take olT running as fast as the new little legs would carry it, to the other end of the field! 1 smiled, thinking of what life had in store for the new babies. Soon someone else would begin another type of fussing, protecting, and prodding. :Most likely, a 411 participant, an FFA student, or some proud farm kid, wanting to lake his prize calf to the Summit County fair and win all the ribbons possible. While having it's little head in the halter, the calf would be taught to hold it's head high; to breathe just so, as to expose the chest perfectly to the judges. The calf would be taught to walk with purpose, so the length of the body and the leg could be admired by all observers. toCMfMtmgul OMXMMframrtM 1 s Dodge l) ticks Rams Dakotas Russ Corrigan Motors MoiXan.
