Served as president of Elkhom Ditch Ca Member of the LDS Church, Hoytsville Second Ward. Served a mission to the North Central States, served on die High Council of Summit Stake for 15 years, as Bishop of CodviUe Ward for five years, ss Stake President of Summit Slake for 19 years, ss Stake Patriarch of Coalville Utah Stake f(ft 18 yebs, and as a Salt Lake Temple ordinance worker. In 1969, he received the Devoted Leadership Award of Summit . Stake. v Survived by his wife,' of Hoytsville; three daughters sod one son, Mrs. Raymond (Wilma) Lingmann, Hoytsville; Mrs. Neal (Lola) Staley, Evanston, WY; Mrs. Rex (Gwen) Simpson, Oakley; ' Harold and Carol Hobson, Hoytsville; 14 grandchildren, 46 and one on.
