Show I I I Training School ior Waitresses To Be Held Three Days in Park The need for veil trained and qualified waitresses is growing. The increase of tourists and more families going out to dinner has brought nev restaurants into our area. The sMiied help to fill the many Job openings for qualified waitresses is lacking. Hotel and restaurants are more often than in need of help To rectify is available. this lack a special three-da- y waitress training school will be held in Park City. Duane Price, Employment Security manager in HeberCity which services both Summit and Wasatch Counties, with the co- - f 4 operation of Robert Button, food manager of the Park City Resort and Jack Himes, manager of the C'est Bon Hotel, is directing the training school. The three-da- y session will be held in Park City on November 19, 20 and 21 during the hours of 1 to 3 o clock in the afternoon. The course is free. The objectives of the orientation and training course are to develop the personality and Improve the experience of tbs trainee; to teach the skills and knowledge of understanding tbs menu, the preparation of the table, knowledge of the prepared foods, servicing the food and good customer relations. Any person, whether presently employed or not In any of the restaurants and cafes in the ty area, are eligible to enroll In the classes.
