Show PUBLIC NOTICES SUMMIT COUNTY NEWS FEBRUARY 20, 2015 NOTICE TO ARCHITECTS / ENGINEERS Summit County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified design firms interested in providing Architectural and Engineering services relating to the final design of a regional transit hub. The purpose of the RFQ process is to identify the most qualified respondents. If you are interested in submitting a proposal, you may obtain the RFQ as of February 23, 2015 from the Summit County Public Works Director by sending an email to dradke@summitcounty.org, or letter to Derrick Radke, PE, Summit County Public Works Director, 1755 South Hoytsville Road, Wanship, UT 84017; or on the BidSync website at www.bidsync.com. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the BidSync website for information concerning the RFQ and any addenda issued. A pre-submittal meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. in the auditorium of the Sheldon Richins Services building, 1885 W. Ute Blvd, Park City, Utah 84098. The deadline for submitting a proposal is Friday, March 13, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. Summit County must receive ten (10) copies of the submittals, including attachments. Nine of the copies shall be spirally bound (or other semi permanent binding method) to ensure that the pages are not lost. One (1) copy shall be clipped together to facilitate document reproduction. An electronic submittal in Adobe (pdf) will also be required and may be emailed to: dradke@summitcounty.org. Summit County intends to award to a single Design Team, however Summit County reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of this RFQ and / or the project at any time and for any reason preceding the execution of a contract and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals sub- mitted pursuant to this request for proposals. Summit County will post any such cancellation and/or modification on the BidSync website. Summit County looks forward to reviewing the RFQ submittals and working with the selected team in the successful development of this project. NOTICE TO MATERIAL TESTING FIRMS Summit County is soliciting proposals to perform Materials Testing for various proposed road projects including, but not limited to Hot Mix Asphalt testing, Density Testing, Soil Classification and Concrete Testing.
