Thank you to the Francis Town Council, Mayor Lee Snelgrove, Councilor's Tal Adair, Gio Melendez, Kristi Major and Wes Ure for giving me the opportunity to run for queen, without them this contest would not have been possible. I am amazed year after year at all the hard work the citizens of Francis Town put into this special event and it gets better and better every year and is really one of my favorite celebrations that I look forward to every year. I would also like to give a "thank you" to Alene Brown who did an awesome job putting the whole contest together. I'd like to give a special thank you to the lovely folks at New West Country Store, Vern and Nancy for assisting with the beautiful crowns and buckles that were arranged for our contest. Their customer service is outstanding! Thanks to my family, who have made an awesome support system. To my dad, for always taking care of my horse and getting me to my events on time and to my mom, for driving me crazy asking me a million times if I remembered this or that. I think she was more nervous than I was! Thank you to my grandparents, my little brother and big sister for always being there for me at all my events. And most importantly, none of this would have been possible without God, who I thank every day for all my blessings.
