Individual scores were: 4th - 4 x 400 = 10.14.5; 800 meter 6th - Gillian Gorelik; 2.21.17; 7th - McKenzie Snyder; 2.22.34; 8th - Jessie Christians - 2.23.20; 3200 - 2nd - Jamie Stokes - 11.14.70.3, 3rd -Gillian Gorelik - 11.21.41.4; 6th McKenzie Snyder - 11.29.08.7. Great job, girls! Broad Jump Winner Boys 2 mile Region 10 - Carsen Fugal - unofficial time 10:12 (Left to right) Winner girls 2 mile Region 10 - Allison Williams (JR)in unofficial time of 12:12 and Rebecca Cunningham (FR) unofficial 12:45 The Region 10 Track Meet was hosted at Park City High School. Schools participating were Park City, Uintah, Union, Wasatch and Judge Memorial. In the boys hurdles Park City took 5th, and Wasatch 1st. See Our Web Site! 336-5501! VACANCIES The Summit County Council is seeking individuals who reside within the North Summit School District to serve on the North Summit Recreation Administrative Control Board, created to oversee the newly formed North Summit Recreation Special Service District. The Administrative Control Board appointed by the Summit County Council will consist of five members, one from Coalville City, one from Henefer Town and three at large. State finals The year has been long - but worthwhile - the boys and girls have excellen in their sports and have brought home trophies for the State finals in these categories: Baseball — 3rd in State; Boys’ track — 7th in State; Girls’ track — 6th in State; Boys’ tennis — 3rd in State; Girls’ golf — 2nd in State; Girls’ water polo — 3rd in State Boys’ water polo — 1st in State. Congratulations to each of these teams - Great job this year! Procedures for appointment: Notice posted in four public places and published in the local weekly paper one month prior to deadline. The Council may not select people to fill the positions sooner than two months after Council is notified of vacancy. Council must allow anyone interested to be heard.
