LETTERS TO THE EDITOR Editor: Thank you has got to be the most understated phrase in the English language. Those two little words never really seem to convey the depth of emotion a person feels when a friend has given from their heart. So, how can I adequately express my gratitude for all of the help, donations and volunteer hours donated? I can tell you that I was so excited that I had trouble sleeping last night. My heart feels light. I have such hope for little Justess. I feel love for everyone. I keep wondering how I can thank all of you to the tune of $11,500!!! Wow! I was right. There are so many good people in this world. We made a difference. No one gave a million dollars, or the shirt off of their back. We all just did what we could and it was enough. I’ll refrain from listing any specific “helpers” because I will undoubtedly miss someone. To every person in the world who has ever wondered if they matter, I can say yes, you have made a difference. It’s crazy to think that I was part of such a huge miracle. And so were you. Justess has been ill, as you know, but was sent home from the hospital during our party. She is still very ill, but holding her own. Once she recovers from this virus, she will have surgery to repair the damage to her heart that has been caused by this virus. Now we must pray for a donor match! Please tell everyone who had anything to do with helping Justess - thank you - Thank you, to all of you…everyone!!!
