Such term shall include all animal and vegetable refuse from kitchens of re- restaurants, markets, stores and factories. Market waste: Such term shall include condemned, decayed or unsound vegetables, meat, fish and fruit and all waste and offal thereof from market and factories. Stove ashes: Such term shall include the residue of material burned in stoves and furnaces in private residences, apart- ment houses, hotels, business houses, heating or manufacturing plants. ns SECTION II. Garbage Receptacles Every owner, lessee or occupant of any bullding,prem-lse- s, or place of business shall provide or cause to be provided and at all times keep at such place as the Department of Health may direct, suitable, sufficient metallic receptacles for receiving and holding garbage, paper in which garbage is encased, swill, market waste, stove ashes and other refuse that may accumulate from such building, place or business or upon such premises or the portion thereof under the control of such person. No receptacle shall be filled to exceed one hundred pounds (100) in weight including the weight of the receptacle. Each receptacle shall be provided with handles for the convenience of lifting the same. All garbage, market waste, swill and animal refuse must be placed in rain proof and fly proof metallic receptacles with proper covers and shall at all times be kept securely closed and shall be kept such place and in such manner as to prevent offense.
