Henefer - Echo Round Up full off fun and excitement By Melva Rlchfes HENEFER There was lots of fun and excitement in Henefer Saturday June 11 as the Henefer-Ech- o Round-U- p got underway. It waa a beautiful day for a rodeo, and what a beautiful sight it was as the color bearers rode into the arena with the flags flying. As Bonnie Ovard sang the National Anthem, the color bearers rode their horses slowly down the length of the arena. Alvin Richins was the Announcer, Marion Stephens helped him in the announcers stand. Danny Clegg was the producer of the Rodeo. The Clowns were Jerry Hurst of Woodland and Gint Downs of Lehi. These two men are to be commended for a job well done as they, were instrumental in saving a couple of young riders from serious injury. In the bareback riding first place was won by Dennis Kunz of Ogden, Second Shorty Woolstenhulme of Oakley, Third Chad Boyer of Henefer. In the Saddle Bronc First place Dennis Kunz of Ogden, second Neil Evans of Grantaville. BULLS-Bra- d Simpson of Hoytsville won first snd Jerry Hurst of Woodland second.
