Show aMividess Several subdividers made headway with the Summit County Planning Commission last week. An Environmental Impact Survey (E.IJS.) ami Vicinity Plan as a general statement was approved for the Jeremy subdivision. The subdivision is on the old Jeremy ranch property in the same -- general area as Summit Park and adjoins the East Canyon Road. Approval followed a briefing given by Joe Lort, Planning Consultant for the project. , Mr. Lort explained existing land use, relief analysis, dope analysis, hydrology and drainage of the project and how the project fits to the Snyderville Improve- in- Ahead KSov The slope of some of the lots was discussed, as was the lot numbering. Mr. Gardner assured the Commission that alien the final plat was done the lots will be designated and numbered consecutively. Some discussion was had on the grade of the roads and Mr. Gardner agreed to cut the road grades down in places where county stan- -. dards are exceeded. The Commission moved to approve the final plat contingent upon the roads beingcut to a grade of less than ten percent, the final plat being made one plat, not two, and the approval of the County Engineer and Attorney after their review of the bond. It was pointed out to Mr. Gardner that when these things had been taken care of, and approved by the Planning Department staff, he could record the plat.
