Box 2 6 0 3 Salt I4ce City, ; r-- H Thursday, February Utah 81110 : NUMBER SIX 7f 1974 -- - 1 Law Enforcement Officers Easy Last weekend proved to be a busy one for Summit County Law Enforcement Officers and Utah Highway Patrol men. - Summit County Sheriff Ron Robinson stated that Deputy Orlo Snyder was making his rounds early Sunday morning when he noticed a car had run off the road. The deputy also noticed a State Road pickup parked nearby. Deputy Snyder stopped to render assistance and found four juveniles from Ogden trying to free the car. Further investigation revealed the youths had runoff the road and then climbed the fence at the State Road shed in Echo. Sheriff Robinson stated the youths found two pickups at the State facility with the keys in them. The juveniles stole one of the pickups and drove it through the road shed gate causing approximately $500 worth of damage. The youths have been charged with burglary and grand larceny. Utah Hi way Patrolman Kim Bruschke noticed four youths wrestling on' Interstate 80 between Coalville and Wanship. Patrolman Bruschke took the youths into custody and they were charged with Public Intoxication. The juveniles were referred to the Juvenile Court. Deputy Kay MacNaughtan and Fred Eley apprehended Konstantine P.Cuturbus, 765 E. 5300 S., Ogden. The Ogden man was charged for Driving while Intoxicated.
