BROWN GKKAU) WILLIAMS Harold Brown, Gerald VJilliams Graduate from Utah U. in June The University of Ut;ili is pleased to announce that two Summit County students are graduating with advanced degrees at the University's 103 annual commencement, Saturday, June 3. Harold 28 of C. Brown, of Thelma C. son Iloytsville, Brown and the late Lyle II. Brown will receive his Masters Social Work with a major in Casework and a minor in Group work. His Thesis was on the study of graduates from the Indian Placement Program, oftheLDS Church. Harold is married to the former Penny Dalton, of Grid-le- y, Calif, and they arethepar-ent- s of three children. B. He received a degree in Sociology from BYU in 1968. He is a graduate of North Summit High School with the class of '61. Harold is presently employed LDS Church Social Services in Indian Placement. witli the Gerald Williams, son of Mrs. Senior Citizen Complete Quill Senior Citizens Wednesday finished a full bed size tied quilt. After pot luck lunch the group was entertained by four of the 5th grade students from North Summit School. The girls were Katlirine Chappell, MacheleDe-Wees- e, Mary Beth Fawcett, and Becky Stevens. They sang several songs, accompanied by Phyllis DeWeese on her guitar and Mrs. Loraine Chappell, one of the class aids. The rest of the afternoon was spent in playing gaines.-Re-por- ter, Lorea Blonquist. Iloiie Williams and the late Keith Williams, of Wanship will receive his degree in Juris Doctorate with his major in Law, He is a North Summit graduate with the Class of '63. He was Valedictorian, hi 1967 lie re- ceived a BJSi degree in Accounting. Gerald is a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, recipient of National Prosecutor Fellowship; Counsel for Student Behavior Committee. is presently employed at the US. Attorneys office. His future plans will include a private practice. Wednesday evening the Summit Stake Presidency, the Bishoprics of the six Wards in the Stake and their wives enjoyed a roast lieef dinner, in the Cultural Hall In the Iloyts-vil- le Ward. The food was prepared by the Summit Stake Belief Society Presidency. Those present thank them for a job well done and may they receive much joy and happiness from this service. Needless to say, classes were terminated and she and the other student teachers ended back up at the University for the remaining mornings. One of the other student teachers was the niece of Myrtle Pitt, Janice Johnson.
