Maria Sahleen, Ronda Brooks and Donna Jean Frost drove to Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Roland Sahleen. These girls are making plans to attend college at Ricks next fall. Many of the ladies brought their own' handiwork while others worked on a quilt. Mrs. Leah Morby brought several pair of 'beautiful pillow cases which she displayed. Lunch was served by members of the committee. Hamburgers and hot dogs were on the menu. Following lunch the group enjoyed patriotic songs sung by Gina Blonquist, accompanied by her mother, Afton Blonquist. One of her songs, "There is no Yellow in the Red, White and Blue" was written by Dick and Nita Hampshire of Castle Dale, Utah. Nita is the sister of Irena Redden and Mabel Lar-se- n. She also sang, "My Own America" "F riendship" and "God Bless America." The S.C. are looking forward to seeing you at their party, February 24 at 6:30 p.m. Oakley Items Beth Wilde has her grandchildren with her over the weekend, Lance, Shea and Sonja.
