It was enjoyed by everyone. S. -SS- Paul Cordell 18-- 12 35-ya- is the name chosen for the new son of Cordell and Dion Ferry. He weighed 7 lbs. 3 oz. and arrived September 3. The Ferrys have two other sons, Steven and Ryani Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Owen Ferry, Mr. and Mrs. Don Barker, are Mr. and Mrs. Earl Grazer. Everett and LaNae Ovard became the proud parents of a baby girl on September 15. The new little miss arrived in the McKay Hospital weighing 7 lbs. 1 oz. and was 19 inches long. The Ovards have a son,Arlin and two daughters, Deena and Shawna at home. Grandparents are Mr. George Ovard, Henefer; Mr. and Mrs. Emerson Staples and a greatgrandmother, Mary E. The Pep club this year is really doing a great job with Reeda Warner as president; Valeria Crittenden as vice president; Sherri Snyder as secretary; and Joy Maxwell as costume coordinator. A special thanks goes to those who attended the Green River game. It was really cold but they still stuck with us. No Loaded Guns in Park Lands National Park NSHS Big plans are being made Homecoming. It will beheld Thursday, Oct. 6. There will be an alumni assembly that day, also a parade in the evening. Braves meet the SJ5. Wildcats at 8 p.m. and following that the annual Homecoming Dance will top it all off. Arrangements have been made for Love Syndicate to play for the dance. R wiU be lots of funi for N. -- NSHS Carrying loaded firearms or other weapons on National Park lands is a violation of Federal regulations. Federal law allows the transport of unloaded firearms through National Parks. Unloaded means that no cartridge or projectile is in the clip, magazine, or firing chamber. The Yearbook Royalty will be crowned after being chosen from the top senior students. He is from Ogden and attended college at Weber State and North Texas State. He was in the Navy band.
