Show Burglary. Teoplo of U'tah plaintiffs, vs. Hector C. Huight, defendant Said Haight is accused of burglarizing the house of James C. Stapley with intent to rape hm wife, on the night of Juno 0, 1890. The case was tried before Justice James G. Duffin, of Toquerville, David H. Morris prosecuting and Attorney George U. Lund looking after the interest of the -defendant. After his case was examined he was bound over to await the action of the District Court at its September Sep-tember term, the bonds being placed at $300.00. The same be-mg be-mg furnished, H-ight was once more given his liberty.
