Ypu are hereby required to appear in an action brought again6t you by the above named plaintiff, in the District Court of the Fifth Jndicial District, of the Stale of Utah, and to answer the complaint com-plaint filed therein within ten dayg (exclusive of the day of serviee) after the service on you of this Summons, if served within this County; or, if served out of this County, but in this District, within twenty days; otherwise within forty dayt: and if you fail to answer the complaint, com-plaint, the Plaintiff will apply to the Court for the relief demanded therein. The said action is brought to have the bonds of Matrimony between Plaintiff and Defendant dissolved on the following grounds; I That the Defendant for more than three years past has wilfully neglected to provide for the Plaintiff the common necessaries of life having the ability eo to do. D. 1893, the said Defendant Defend-ant disregarding his marriage vow, wilfully and without cause deserted and abandoned, and ever since has and still continues so to wilfully and without cause desert and abandon said Plaintiff.
