Mrs. George "Wilson of. Spanish Fork, Overcome by Fork, Oct. 8. Spanish Fork received a terrible shock this afternoon, after-noon, in the sudden and unexpected death of Mrs. George Wilson. The lady went to Dentist Stewart for the purpose of having a number of teeth extracted. Dreading the ordeal, she asked the dentist to administer chloroform or cocaine, but he declined de-clined to do so. lie offere J to extract the teeth, providing she woiild secure a physician to administer the chloroform. chloro-form. The services of Dr. Warner were secured, who gave the chloro form, and the teeth vcre extracted. Although che doctor administered a hypodermic and did all in his power to restore her, she died without regaining re-gaining consciousness. The death is most grievous owing to the fact that Mrs, Wilson leaves a family of seven small children, tho youngest being only a babe. Died In Sprlngville, September 22, 1001, Nelly Huntington Clark, or dropsy. Deceased was the daughter or Oliver It. and Hannah Sanders Hunt ington, and was born In Sprlngville Sprlng-ville July 2, 1867. She was married to John Clark on May 8, 1S87. Carroll has commenced suit for divorce against Bert C Carroll. The complaint alleges that they were married at Salt Lake in March of the present year. On September 14th Carroll was found guilty In the Seventh district court at Manti of assault with a deadly weapon and was sontenced to four years in the State prison, a-nd is, at the present time, serving out the sentence. Plaintiff asks that the bonds of matrimony be severed and that she bo restored to her maiden name of Annie S. Gardner. Much has been wrote about Carroll in the press of the state and bis somewhat romantic courtship and marriage with Miss Gardner of Spanish Fork.
