Curtis has ..commenced suit against Springville city . for damages for personal injuries in the sum of $10,000. Mr, Curtis alleges that he was severely injured on the- 19th of last May while attempting to cross a defective bridge' in Springville. He claims that bis horse become fright ened at a bole in the bridge and become be-come unmanageable. He was thrown from his buggy and was severely in jured, thereby. The city is charged with negligence. Last night at the opera house, Mr. Robt. Buchanan and his specially selected sel-ected company of comedians, presented present-ed the comedy success entitiec, "An Eye on Hubby." .'The reception given the company in their wqrk last n ight should have gived,theur great satis faction, as did the play to the large house who were kept in a continuous roar of laughter from start to finish.
