It is charged that Jacob Pueblo is the guilty party and he was arrested on the charge of rape and was taken before be-fore Judge Soren at Salem. He waived examination and was held in bonds of $1000 for trial in the district court. He failed to secure the bonds and was taken to t he county jail in Provo yes terday in charge of Mr. Storrs. The recitations were fine and the prayer given by a small boy was exceptionally clear and well defined. - At the City hall an unusual scene of activity was found from 12 o'clock until ifter the evening party.
