Bishop Leonard of Salt Lake City, preached an able and instructive sermon to a large and appreciative audience last Sunday evening in Caffrey hall. Arterthe-regular Arterthe-regular divine service, the Bishop in conference with members and friends of the mission, considered and adopted adopt-ed plans for future work. It was the earnest desire, of all present that a first class school should be started under Episco pal auspices and be in working order by the first week in September, with the supervision of an experienced and practical teacher. The Bishop assured his hearers that that kind of a man was in reach and could be on the field in the very near future. The school will offer the very highest educational advantages all around, comprising the most advanced ad-vanced grades, and the tuition fees will be within the reach of all. The Caffrey hall is under lease until the Bishop can secure a desirablejocation to erect suitable buildings for missionary purposes. A meeting of the County executive committee of Black Hawk Veterans Association was held at the City hall, Tuesday afternoon, and a notable change in the arrangements for this year's campflre was made.
