Vic Meyers, whose antics as a mayor-nitty mayor-nitty candidate kept Seattle laughing laugh-ing for six weeks, saw himself running run-ning a poor sixth in primary election elec-tion returns and docided the city ljdn't vote as it had laughed. John F. Dore, criminal attorney, and Mayor Robert H. Harlin appeared certain of the nominations on the basis of incomplete returns from yesterdays election.
