Mabey Tfr Deliver Memorial Address; Local Talent To Entertain With Springville city officials, business men and citizens enerally showing a disposition to cooperate with the Spring-lip Spring-lip Volunteer Fire department in its determination to enter-! enter-! in in regal fashion the members of the Utah State Fire-L Fire-L n's association at their twentieth annual convention and Tournament to be held in this city Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, August 1, 2 and 3. the event promises to be the 1st enjoyable in the history of the association. No stone is being left unturned to entertain the firefighters fire-fighters of Utah, splendid programs having been arranged nr each day and for each session of the convention. The memorial address, which will be given during the orond afternoon of th econvention will be by the Hon. rharlcs R. Mabey, former governor of Utah.
