Show BLACK HAWK ANNUAL DANCE ON TUESDAY The annual dance and banquet of the Sons and Daughters of the Indian In-dian War Veterans and Pioneers will take place at the Springville Opera House Tuesday evening, Jan. lllth. The banquet and program will he-gin he-gin at 6 o'clock sharp. All Indian War Veterans will be special guests of the committee a bo htttshrdlu of the committee at both the banquet ban-quet and dance, while other than veterans will furnish their own luncheon and also pay the regular price of 50c for the dance. The annual election of officers will take place at the banquet. An excellent musical program is also being arranged by the rogram com- mittee. with Mrs. Genu Dallin acting act-ing ac schairman. A special fea-ing fea-ing as chairman, A special feature fea-ture on the program will be the In-lian In-lian War Vets of Springville turning turn-ing over to the Springville Post the Old Flag that has been in use for many years. According to arrangement a membership mem-bership drive will be carried out the week following the dance. The purpose of which is to-get means to pay for the transportation of the war veterans to the state encampments, encamp-ments, and for taking care of them while there. |
