Show FISH AND GAME LAW DISCUSSED i The new commission plan by I which the state will control fish and I game, and a change in the present elk, deer and pheasant laws, were the principle subjects discussed at a meeting of the Fish and Game Protective association held in the Springville public library, Saturday evening. J. F. Wingate presided. Those present were in favor of the new commission plan. A committee of three including Virgel Hafen, Leon Blackett and Will Witney was chosen to arrange ar-range a banquet to be given some time before Christmas, the main purpose of which will be to secure new memberships to the association. associa-tion. Mr. Wingate was chosen as a delegate to represent the associa- tion of Springville at a meeting of the state representatives to be held , Tuesday at the Elk's club in Salt Lake city. On account of the number present, pre-sent, the election of officers for next year which should have been held Saturday was postponed until another meeting. |
