Notice of Filing of Petition by Mapleton Irrigation District, and of Hearing Thereon: The petition of the Board of Di-; rectors of the Mapleton Irrigation District praying that the above en-j titled Court approve and confirm : by decree the action of such Board of Directors, taken January 2, 1929, in making and entering into a contract con-tract with the United States of America as more particularly set out in said petition, for the purchase pur-chase of 219 acre feet per annum of water from the Strawberry project and Spanish Fork River, and further fur-ther find and determine that the special election had on the 4th day of December, 1928, upon the question ques-tion of making such contract, was legal and sufficient authorization thereof; that the Court approve and confirm such contract, and that the Court decree that such contract when executed by the United States of America will be legal and binding bind-ing upon the said Mapleton Irrigation Irriga-tion District according to the terms thereof, has been filed with the above entitled Court, and has been set for hearing at the Court room of such Court at Provo, Utah, on |
