(Mickey) and jiis bride who was formerly Marilyn Nielson. The two coJples were married August 31, at Richfield and were honored at a double reception. Springville Man Claims Bride in Richfield Double Wedding Rites In a double wedding ceremony, August 21 Charles V. (Skip) Anderson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Victor Anderses An-derses of Springville claimed for his bride, pretty J, sen, all in pastel formals, were bridesmaids. ' Joan Swain of Monroe played the wedding march and a quartet sang. Immediately after the wedding ceremony, a double reception honoring hon-oring the four newlyweds, was held. The new Mr. and Mrs. Anderson are presently making their home in Reno, Ney., where he is employed. em-ployed. Their honeymoon was spent at Lake Tahoe. Both have been attending the University of Utah and plan to resume their studies there this fall. Miss Florence C. (Minnie) Howard, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. P. Howard of Sigurd, while her twin brother, Roy P. (Mickey) Howard How-ard married Marilyn Nielson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clair Nielson of Richfield. The double wedding and double ring ceremony was performed by Bishop Woodrow Parsons in the Richfield Second ward church and was witnessed by immediate family members and close friends of the couples. The four young people made a striking picture as they stood before be-fore the fireplace flanked with tall baskets of gladioli and other early autumn flowers, with tall white candelabra on either side. The brides wore identical gowns of tulle over taffetta, fashioned with lace midriff, matching lace jackets and sunbonnet veils. Their bridal bouquets were of white and flame-colored begonias. Standing with (Skip) as best man was his cousin, Jim Cranmer of Provo. His bride was attended by Mrs. Sidney Liechty, sister of the groom, as maid of honor, while Mary Jane Casey, Janie Ward, Marilyn Schleich and 'Gale Mad- |
