New Mr., Mrs. Wm. McLean make home in Salt Lake City tensen, Vernice Noble, Marilyn Mortensen and Karen Messer-ly Messer-ly were striking in red velvet gowns with bouquets of red and white carnations. Pattie Cutler was flower girl also in red velvet with a basket of red and white carnations. Mrs. Cutler chose a biege brocaded taffetta for their daughter's wedding and Mrs. McLean, a pale green brocaded taffetta. Their corsages were in red and white. Best man to the groom was Edward Malstrom. Soft white chiffon and red satin ribbon draped and lighted light-ed with tiny red lights made an attractive background for the wedding party. Acting as ushers were Donald Don-ald Jamison. JoseDh Beall and Newlyweds Mr. and! Mrs. William N. McLean are now at home in Salt Lake City where he is employed as a mechanical me-chanical engineer. They were married in pre-holiday pre-holiday church rites with President Pres-ident Leo Crandall performing the ceremony in the presence of immediate family members and close friends and a reception recep-tion was given the young couple cou-ple in the Third-Ninth ward church immediately after the marriage. The bride formerly Miss Laura Cutler, is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Cutler of this city and the groom's parents par-ents are, Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. McLean of Kalispell, Montana. Mon-tana. For the all-important date, the charming bride chose a slipper satin gown of exquisite exquis-ite design with chapel train and long pointed sleeves. Her veil of illusion was arranged to a close fitted cap with and she carried a cathedral rhinestone and seed-pearl trim bouquet of white with red antheriums to set a red and white color theme for the reception. re-ception. 1 The bridesmaids, Lois Chris- Roger McPheeters. Judy Allen and Sydna Whiting were at the guest register. Greeting guests at the door were Mr. and Mrs. Dave Friel and throughout the evening Mrs. Julia Sumsion played organ or-gan music. Serving was from a buffet table presided over by Glenna Cutler and Sandalee Cutler. Mary Jane Friel, Vickie Peterson Peter-son and Kathleen Curtis, assisted as-sisted with the serving. A three-tiered wedding cake topped with a miniature bride and groom rested on a table draped with tiny red lights embedded em-bedded in green holly. |
