Show Wedding Dinner Given Couple Wed In Temple A Widespread interest accompanies accom-panies the announcement made of the marriage of Miss Anna Beardall and Maiben L. Christensen. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George L. Beardall. The impressive im-pressive ceremony uniting the well-known couple was selom-nized selom-nized Dec. 15 in the Salt Lake temple. Elder Eldred G. Smith, officiated. The evening of the nuptials, the newly-wed couple were complimented at a wedding dinner at which 30 members mem-bers of the immediate families fam-ilies were present. As the charming bride received guests, she wore a blue after- noon dress studded with rhine-stones. rhine-stones. It was fashioned with a high neckline and a full flared skirt. She chose a flowered chapeau to complete her ensemble. The bridegroom, who served in the army during the World War II, is a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Angelo Christensen Christen-sen of Mt. Pleasant. He is a former student of the University Univer-sity of Utah and has studied in Chicago. Mr. Christensen has recently returned from fulfilling ful-filling a mission in Western Canada, and will make a home for his bride in Salt Lake City. The new Mrs. Christensen is a graduate of the Brigham Young University and is a teacher at the Springville high school. |
