The nuptials will take place in the Manti LDS temple and the evening after their marriage, the couple will be honored with a wedding reception. The charming bride-elect is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ken-i Ken-i ncth E. Hales and Lee's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Victor Frandsen. Both young people are graduates of the Springville Seminary and are former students of the Brigham Young University. Lee completed complet-ed two years and a semester before enlisting with the Coast Guard. He is presently serving on the Columbia Lightship on the Pacific Coast. |
