Golden wedding to be observed by Birdseye couple here June 1 Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Lasson of Birdseye observed their Golden . Wedding nniversary May 22. Sunday School and Relief Society So-ciety and as a teacher in the Sunday School and Relief Society. Friends and relatives are invited in-vited to attend an Open House in their honor, June 1, from two to six o'clock at the home of a daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Del Moine Chris-tensen, Chris-tensen, . 200 East 8th South, Springville. Andrew Adolphus Lasson was reared in Fairview, while Mabel Sorenson Lasson spent her youth in Mt. Pleasant. Mr. Lasson attended Snow Academy Acad-emy and Mrs. Lasson attended Brigham Young University. They became engaged while Mrs. Lasson was teaching school at Indianola. Mr. Lasson Las-son is a rancher and the couple cou-ple has spent their entire married mar-ried life at Birdseye. They have four daughters, Mrs. (Helen) Anderson and Mrs. Del Moine (Dorothy) Christensen, both of Springville; Spring-ville; Mrs. Floyd (Maurine) Larsen, Grand Junction, Colo.; and Mrs.' Howard ' (Nellie) Barney, Birdseye. They have 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mr. and Mrs. Lasson have both been active in the LDS Church. Mr. Lasson was the branch president for eight years of the Birdseye Branch; Mrs. Lasson served many years as secretary of both the |
