New Mr., Mrs. E. Alan Roylance now making a home in Logan Lovely in every detail was the w;edding reception for Miss Venita Parry, daughter of Mrs. Violet M. Parry of Provo and E. Alan Roylance, son of Mr. and Mrs. Erling A. Roylance of this city. The couple took I wedding vows September 14, in the Manti Temple. They honeymooned at Las Veas and are now at home at Loran, where both are enrolled enrol-led at the Utah State University. Univer-sity. For her wedding, the charming charm-ing young bride chose a delus-tered delus-tered bridal satin, designed and made by herself, princess style with lace over satin side panels, scoop neck and long pointed sleeves. Her veil of illusion was caught to a satin sa-tin crown accented with pearls. Her bouquet- was of yellow roses and stephanotis centered with a yellow throated white orchid. Her attendants, Carleen Evans, Ev-ans, maide of honor and Virginia Vir-ginia Washburn, Margene Sy-mons Sy-mons and Nanalee Evans, bridesmaids, were attired in olive green delustered satin with full skirts and held nosegays nose-gays of yellow mums surrounded surround-ed by white pompoms. Best man to the groom was Thomas L. Schwartz and Jed M. Waddoups was usher. Others in the receiving line were parents of the couple. Mrs. Roylance chose a biege silk sheath with matching lace and Mrs. Parry, a biege brocade bro-cade sheath. Their flowers were white roses and carnations. Special guests were the grooms grandmother, Mrs. Lillian Huntington Hun-tington and Mrs. Rena Roylance. Roy-lance. Mrs. Virginia Peay and Miss Hilda Michie were hostesses assisted in serving serv-ing by Ann Roylance, Annette Peay, Colleen Peay, Judy Reynolds, Rey-nolds, Lee Ann Buchanen and Betty Symons. A beautiful autumn motif was carried out in church decorations de-corations for the reception and a wedding cake with layers held by white pillars and trimmed trim-med with net orchids and bells with frosty lace and yellow rosebuds added an attractive note to the decorations. |
