Show Services Conducted Here Monday For Former Resident Funeral services for Jesse Bart-lett, Bart-lett, 50, who died Friday morning at his Green River, Wyo. home after a short illness, were conducted con-ducted Monday afternoon i n Springville First ward chapel. Bishop Ross Bradford in charge. Burial was in Evergreen cemetery. ceme-tery. Mr. Bartlett was born Sept. 2, 1898, in Springville, a son of W. H. and Leah Armstrong Bartlett. Bart-lett. He was educated in Springville Spring-ville schools. He was employed by Union Pacific Railroad Company Com-pany as a signalman for 25 years. He was married to Florence Mae Vivian in Provo in 1921. They lived in Eureka until 1922 when they moved to Green River, where he has since resided. Survivors, besides his widow, include in-clude three sons, Dorsey Bartlett, Green River; Jesse Bartlett Jr., Carter, Wyo., and Austin Bartlett, Alcova, Wyo.; a daughter, Mary Lou Bartlett, Green River;, five grandchildren; two brothers, W. E. (Wick) Bartlett, Provo, and Arch R. Bartlett, Springville; three sisters, Mrs. Pearl Wright, Springville, Spring-ville, Mrs. Ella Close and Mrs. Lon Nielson, Spanish Fork. |
