Show FUNERAL TO BE SAT., 2 P. M., FOR FORMER RESIDENT Mrs. Eliza Watson Hardman, 67, of Seattle, Wash., formerly of Springville, died unexpectedly Saturday Sat-urday at the family residence in Seattle, according to word received here. Funeral services will be conduct- pH Rntnrrlnv at 9. TV m.. in SnrinP"- ville at the home of a niece and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Russell Blackett, 309 East Third South St. The body will arrive in Springville Thursday evening and friends may call at the Blackett .home from then until the services. Burial will be in the family plot at the City cemetery. Mrs. Hardman was born in Springville Oct. 19, 1880, a daughter daugh-ter of Wm. E. and Eliza Watson. She taught school in this city for a number of years before her marriage mar-riage to Edward Hardman. She made her home at Eugene, Oregon, for several years, moving to Seattle, Wash., after the death of her husband in 1937. She had taken active part in church work, having served as president of the branch of Relief Society in Eugene, and was a member of the stake Relief Society board in Seattle. She was a charter char-ter member of the Springville Alpha Al-pha Beta club. Survivors include a son and a daughter, Ray W. Hardman of Corvallis, Oreg., and Miss Eliza Hardman of Seattle, Wash. |
