Show FORMER LOCAL RESIDENT DIES AT SPANISH FORK Koran Maria Jensen Mortensen, 79, wife of H. J. Mortensen, died at the family residence Monday morning at 2 a. m., at Spanish Fork. Mrs. Mortensen was born Dec. 30, 1857, in Fyen, Denmark. Surviving are the following sons and daughters: James J. Miller j and Criss Miller of Springville, ! sons by p. former marriage. Mrs. ! Amelia Bunyea, George Mortensen . and Henry Mortensen ali of Salt Lake, and 29 grand children, 8 great-grandchildren. Funeral services serv-ices will be conducted Thursday at 2 p. m., in Second ward L.D.S. church, under direction of Bishop Eugene Hughes. Burial will be in Spanish Fork cemetery under I he direction of A.Y. Wheeler mortuary. Friends may call at Wheeler mortuary until Thursday Thurs-day at 12:30 p. m., when the body will be taken to Second ward chapel in Spanish Fork until time for service. |
