Show MURDER lil ! If. DEATH SUSPECTED Elberta Man Found Dead in County Hotel Room. Charles M. Miller, Elberta well-driller, was found dead in a Spanish Fork hotel room Tuesday evening;, either the victim of suicide by poisoning-, or murder. Sheriff R. G. Durnell, County Attorney W. Stanley Dunford and Deputy George Love-, less are investigating today clues that point toward murder.-in the little hotel room. If murder were committed, the officials believe, it was done with a towel, folded to the size of a man's neck and used to choke Miller. A bottle of potassium of cyanide found in the room may be a clue pointing toward suicide or may be a blind. It was not learned Wednesday Wed-nesday noon whether or not an inquest in-quest would be held. Miller has been drilling a well at Genola recently, according to word at the sheriff's office. |
