Show Gus Peterson Laid at Final Rest Tuesday Funeral services for A. Gus Peterson, Peter-son, former resident of Springville, I who died at his home in Salt Lake Sunday following an operation, were held Tuesday afternoon at the Claudin Funeral home in Springville. Spring-ville. Bishop Ralph Smart of the Third ward presided. Joseph Harker offered of-fered the benediction and Bishop Smart the invocation. Frank Cellventra was the speaker. speak-er. Musical numbers were furnished by Guy Brown, who sang two vocal solos; Miss Catherine R. Dougall also sang a solo. The grave at the Evergreen cemetery was dedicated by Bishop Ralph Smart. Mr. Peterson was bornw in Sweden, Swe-den, July 1, 1870. He lived in Springville Spring-ville for many years, moving to Salt Lake about a year ago. ! He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Millie Alexander Peterson, one daughter, Mrs. Rhea McCurdy of Salt Lake, and one son, Donald Peterson of Salt Lake. |
