Show Relatives Attend Funeral Services In Other Cities Relatives from Springville attended at-tended funeral services in Provo Tuesday for Mrs. Belle Whiting Manwaring, 77, who died Saturday. A native of Springville, Mrs Manwaring was a daughter of T.iipins ' nnd TTannip .Tnhnsnrt Whiting. She spent part of .her childhood in Diaz, Chihuahua, Mex., and later resided in Idaho, Mapleton and at Far-mington Far-mington before moving to Provo in 1921. Surviving are her husband, Levi Manwaring, whom . she married Dec. 5, 1900, a son and two daughters. Mrs. Goldie M. Woodward Funeral services were held Monday in Provo for Mrs. Goldie Gol-die McKee Woodward, 71, mother of Calvin R. Woodward Wood-ward of Springville, who died Thursday in a Payson Hospital of a long illness. Surviving are three other children. Burial was in Orange-ville, Orange-ville, Emery County. Charles F. Headman Funeral services were held in Spanish Fork Wednesday for Charles F. Headman, 88, father fath-er of Jesse W. Headman of Mapleton, who died Friday at Spanish Fork. Survivors include his wife and one other son and three daughters. Mercey XV. Peay Funeral services will be held today in Provo for Mercy Ellen El-len Waters Peay, 93, who died Monday. She was born in Springville and spent her early life here. Her husband, George T. Peay died in 1938. Erma Matson Tipton Mrs. Erma Matson Tipton, widow of Wm. Tipton and a former resident of Springville and Mapleton, died at Marsh-ing, Marsh-ing, Idaho Monday from a heart attack. She was in her 80's. Funeral services and burial bur-ial are being held at Marshing today. Her children reside in Idaho. |
