Motoring down to the country for a weekend, tote along a flower printed suitcase. Checking into a city hotel, let the bellhop carry your trim piece of striped luggage. Bouncing around another continent, con-tinent, go lightly with an off-beat plaid bag. Luggage is a fashion accessory. How well does your luggage live up to the rest of yonr travel wardrobe? ; Smart Slipcovering with Vinyl If you have an unmatchable assortment of begged, borrowed and hand-me-down suitcases, do what Cinderella's "Fairy Godmother" God-mother" did to the pumpkin.
