State Engineers Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Sept. 6th, 1929 Notice Is hereby given that the Strawberry Water Users Association whose principal place of business is Payson, Utah, has made application in accordance with requirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 inclusive to appropriate 35 acre feet of water from Cold Springs Area in Utah County, Utah. Said water is to be collected from the spring area at a point which bears 4425 ft. N. and 3050 ft W. of the SE cor. of Sec. 12, T. 9 S., R. 3 E., S. L. B. & M. and stored during the entire year in a reservoir which is to be an equalizing reservoir so as to control the amount of water required to operate the plant during the different parts of the day. The water will he released from the reservoir by means of control gates and allowed to flow down the Spanish Fork River to a point which bears 110 ft. W. and 90 ft. S. from the SE cor. of Sec. 2, T. 9S., R. 3 E., S. L. B. & M, where It will be conveyed in an open ditch with other water appropriated by virtue of application No 1143 to the Power Plant where it will be used during the entire year for producing power to be used for electric lighting and propelling machinery in Utah County, Utah. After having been so used the water is to be returned to the natural stream at a point whifh bears 1900 ft. S. and 2190 ft.
