Count De La - Vaulx and Count DOutremont descended Sunday in a balloon near Hull, Yorkshire, England, having journeyed from Paris in sevens teen and hours. This Is the first time that a balloon has successfully traveled from France to England. Count De La Vaulx is one of the In best known French aeronauts.
