The name of the dead robber Is not known, but be Is believed to be a celebrated Colorado crook and one of the men who held up a street car crew In Salt Lake City a few nights ago. About a balf hour before the attempt at robbery three men, supposedly the same desperadoes, held up T. F. Morris at Seventh West and Fifth South streets. Morris struggled hard with the men, but was overpowered and robbed of $10.30. He was tightly bound and gagged and left lying In the street.
