Show Death of Arthur Hansen Little Arthur Hnnsen son of Eric and Ncna Hansen of this city passed peacefully away Friday morning Oct 1C Arthur wan born Dec M 1892 At the age of five years he had an attack of measles and scarlet fever i after which his spine began to grow weak and he became a cripple He suffered for ten years sometime being able to walk and attend school part of the year and sometime unable to walk During the past eighteen months there have been seven running sores on his body This summer he has suffered terribly having been unable to turn in bed without aid Through all his suffering suf-fering Mis patience has been remardable lie never uttered one word of complaint nor did his faith in Gods mercy ever waver The funeral services were held in the First Ward Meeting house last Sunday Bishop McKell in charge The speakers speak-ers 0 W Booth Wm P Hales Gesli Bjarnason and Henry Gardner dwelt very much on the reward that such patience must surely receive Lars W Nielsen rendered a beautiful solo Suffer Little Children to Come Unto Me The floral tributes were very beautiful The pall hearers were four of the boys who with others have been little heroes in sacrificing their own pleasure to make Arthurs life as Peasant as possible Mr and Mrs Ianscn and family do publicly thank those who have assist them in their bereavement |
