Guardian of Your Community News Chamber Luncheon Danielle James Membership month Chamber Corner Cary Hanks March is membership month at the Spanish Fork/ Salem Area Chamber of Commerce. We are inviting all businesses to get involved in the Chamber and enjoy the many benefits that we offer. The Chamber is well known for its ribbon cuttings and Business of the Month programs, but there are other programs and benefits offered to member businesses. The Welcome Bag program allows members to advertise to new residents of our community through the City Utility Office. The Chamber provides all members with a free website, free design help and free member support. We offer member-only deals, help with advertising, marketing and networking your business. The Chamber has a new monthly program on SF 17 called Chamber Corner that will feature business topics of interest to our business community, interview and showcase local area businesses and current events. Through the media and website, we offer our members many opportunities to let the public know about what they do and who they are. Our Noon Networking Luncheons are well attended by local area businesses and these luncheons are open to all businesses. Chamber members are listed on our website in the business directory with links to their own websites under "more information." This is a handy reference to those who are searching for a product or service. We publish a yearly business directory that is available at the city offices that includes information about Spanish Fork and Salem. It also includes a complete list of all member business, advertising and Chamber Board Member information. The Chamber hosts many events throughout the year, including the Easter Egg Hunt, Rotary/Chamber Golf Tournament, Nebo Economic Summit, Fiesta Days Sidewalk Sales, "A Taste of Spanish Fork" during Fiesta Days, Farmer's Market, Scarecrow Contest, Main Street Trick or Treat and the Winter Lights Parade.
