Ladies golf play at Hobble Creek The Spanish Oaks Ladies travel golf team played the Hobble Creek Ladies team at the Hobble Creek'Golf Course on June 23, 2008. The weather was beautiful. The game of Lacrosse involves using a stick with a mesh head on the end to catch and throw a hard rubber bait. The stick can be used to block or hit another player's stick. A team consists of ten members on the field at a time: one goalie, three middies, three defense and three offense or attack players. Lacrosse is similar to hockey and soccer. Spanish Fork has a high school lacrosse team. We are currently looking for a lacrosse coach for a JV and varsity team.
