Driver Clarke Lewis Wightman, 53 of Woodland Hills was killed in the accident. His son, Brady Wightman, 18 was transported to Mountain View Hospital and listed in serious condition. Woodland Hills, Spanish Fork and Salem Emergency Medical Services responded to the incident, along with Utah Highway Patrol officers from Payson and Salem.
