In case of inclement weather the reception will be at the Woodland Hills church building located at 220 South Woodland Hills Mark Wayne Nelson of Spanish Fork passed away Aug. 26. Mark was born Oct. 11,1938 toJames Mark Nelson and Alice Irene Post Nelson in Tucson, Ariz. He graduated from St. David High School in 1958. He married his sweetheart at the age of 32, Annie Fox, on July 29, 1971. They are the parents of four children and have eight grandkids. He loved them all very much. Mark got his bachelors degree from BYU in 1973. He was a school teacher for approximately 15 years. Later he worked for the LDS church for 10 years. He was a part-time security guard to date. His passion was taking pictures and writing in his journal was his favorite pastime. One of his main hobbies was collecting "John Deere*' items and trucks in general. He always took pictures at family functions and video taped each event. He enjoyed riding around town taking random pictures. He is survived by his wife, Annie Verbena Fox Nelson; children, Alice V. Strong (Scott), Karen B. Taylor (Trent), James Mark Nelson and Yvonne M. Cunningham (Unarra). Our handsome little guy Quaid William Youd will be turned 1 year old on Sept. 1. Quaid has been full of life and all smiles with a giggle in his heart since the day he was born. Quaid is always busy exploring new places, making and cleaning up his messes, teasing his big sister Oaklie and smiling at everyone he meets. He loves to be outside playing in the dirt and rocks. He loves playing with trucks and going on four-wheeler rides with his dad and sister. Quaid is the son of Derek and Kristi Youd and the best friend and brother of his big sister Oaklie.
