She was born to Reuel and Gladys Clayson and spent her youth in Park City, Payson and Spanish Fork. She married Dean Dudley on Sept. 15, 1948. They are the parents of six children: Duane (Marlys), Steve, Joan Stoutsenberger (Jim), DeAnn Grover (Brad), Cheryl and Sheila Russell (Mike). Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren want best and they all love her her to know that she is the dearly. Happy birthday! 1st Birthday Kan nan K. Braithwaite Kannan K. Braithwaite is turning 1 year old on Thursday, June 18th. Kannan is the son of Kyle and Sandra Braithwaite of Spanish Fork; the grandson of Tim and Ann Braithwaite of Lake Shore, and Don and Sue Kryshak of Wisconsin Rapids, Wis. Kannan also is surrounded and loved by his two paternal great grandmothers, Vera Shelton and Peg Braithwaite of Spanish Fork, and Wanda Kryshak of Merrill Wis. Kannan enjoys drinking from a straw, laugh by entertaining them playing with his four pets daily. Kannan is a blessing and making his family to his entire family. Weddings McKinlay, Crandall Kamron Crandall and Abby McKinlay are pleased to announce, their marriage in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple, which was held on June 6,2009. An open house garden reception will be held, in their honor, on Saturday, June 20 from 6 p.m. to 8 pjn. at the Crandall resi- dence, 1300 north 700 west, inMapleton. Kamron is the son of Lou and Lisa Crandall of Mapleton and Abby is the daughter of Kirt and Dana McKinlay of Blackfoot, Idaho. McDon employ The Utah County Health Department (UCHD) recently named Spanish Fork's Dianne McDonnell as "Employee of the Quarter." The honor is received by three employees every quarter for their exceptional service and job performance in the workplace. Since March 2004, Dianne McDonnell worked for the Utah County Division of Substance Abuse as a substance abuse counselor. McDonnell obtained her accreditation as a substance abuse counselor in 2001 and has several years of experience in counseling substance abuse clients not only with the county, but in other community agencies as well. McDonnell currently works in the Foothill Residential Treatment Program, where she has developed the curriculum for education groups, created quality staff and client guidelines and provided exceptional leadership. The recreation department provides opportunities for youth to learn, to grow and to develop life-long skills. Over 16,000 youth and 5500 adults are cur-, rently involved in these programs. Mr. Robinson also discussed the progress of North Park. He said the park portion of North Park should be completed by summer 2010. It will include large open fields, several playgrounds, pavilions, waterfront play area and much more. It will be unique among all the parks in Spanish Fork. He also pointed out that our city has 185 planter boxes — of which are planted by volunteers. 130,000 plants are used each year — which are raised at our city greenhouse. Eugene Colledge conducted the meeting and arranged for the speaker. Merrill Carter led the pledge and Gordon Lowe gave the prayer. Kent Dansie introduced the speaker.
