Show July 16, 1990 SOUTHERN UTAH STATE COLLEGER Cedar City, Utah American Folk Ballet Festival begins Burch Manns American Folk Ballet has and returned from a anticipated tour of Russia and is now in the midst of its annual summer concert slate in the SUSG Centrum. The Festival, which began July 14, continues through July 21. The hit tour to the Soviet Union included a number that Mann choreographed herself and featured the long-awaite- p.m. July plus 2 p.m. matinees of Grass Roots of America on July 14 and 14-2- d 18. This summer, children under 12 will be admitted free to one concert due to a grant from the Marrmer S. Eccles Foundation. There is a limited number of tickets available and all children must be accompanied by an adult. Childrens tickets must be purchased in advance. Tonight, July 16, has been designated as a family discount night for a 20 percent savings off every ticket purchased.
