Kane County Deputies and personnel look to the Sheriff for leadership, guidance, and direction in all aspects of their duties; training, legal preparation of warrants, paper service, case preparation, etc. The Sheriff needs the experience and kno wlege gained through those years of law enforcement service to be able to provide the leadership and direction that is necessary to direct his personnel and to provide quality law enforcement for the public.
